By accessing this website or downloading or using Haptic Fire, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or app.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt to access it improperly, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

App license and permitted use

Subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Haptic Fire on Apple devices you own or control. The game is for entertainment only and does not provide instruction relating to real weapons.

In-app purchases

Haptic Fire may offer optional in-app purchases, including Full Armory. Payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Purchase availability, restoration, and refund rights are determined by Apple and applicable law. A purchase unlocks the content described at the time of purchase; it does not grant ownership of the app or its intellectual property.

Intellectual property

Haptic Fire, its artwork, logo, audio, text, software, and other content are owned by Divv Saxena or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from them except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the app or website, circumvent technical protections, infringe intellectual property rights, introduce harmful code, or use the services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

Disclaimer

Haptic Fire and this website are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, or meet every expectation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divv Saxena will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for Haptic Fire in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the app or website if you breach these terms or if it is reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or rights of others. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable Indian law will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
